Shipping services are currently available throughout the United States. Shipping to countries and regions outside the United States is not supported at this time.

Shipping fees

For orders with a total value of less than $120, a shipping fee of $8 will apply.
For orders with a total value equal to or greater than $120, free shipping is available.

Order cutoff time

The daily order cutoff time is 18:00. Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day. If the order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.

Order processing time

Order processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier operations, or other factors beyond operational control.

Order tracking

After an order is placed, a confirmation email is usually sent containing the order number, payment details, and shipping carrier information. If you need to modify or cancel an order after it has entered processing or shipping status, please contact customer support as soon as possible to confirm the order status. In some cases, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

When receiving your package, it is recommended to check whether the outer packaging is intact at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage, abnormalities, or inconsistencies with the order details, please take photos and contact customer support promptly for assistance.
